About me
Held in healing, supported in growth
Priscilla is a registered and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with the IACP. She is the owner and founder of Still Minds, a private counselling and psychotherapy practice based outside Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
She is dedicated to supporting adults (18+) through challenges, transitions, and experiences that sometimes feel too heavy to carry alone. She offers in-person and online sessions of 50 minutes.
How I work
My work is collaborative and client-centered. This means that we work together, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Focus is centered on creating a professional and confidential environment where you can feel safe, heard, understood and accepted as you are.
Our work together may involve:
- Exploring the challenges you are currently facing.
- Understanding the patterns that might be keeping you stuck.
- Developing greater awareness and practical tools to help you move forward.
My philosophy
Still Minds Counselling and Psychotherapy practice was born from the belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and confidential space to talk about things that can feel too heavy to carry alone.
Sometimes, simply having the opportunity to speak openly, without judgement, can be the beginning of meaningful change. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. You just need to take the first step.
Training and accreditation
- BSc (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy
- ASIST trained
- Professional Certificate in Bereavement and Loss
- Professional Certificate in Couples Counselling
I work to the code of ethics of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and attend regular clinical supervision, as accredited therapists are required to.
